Our BASC Story And What It Means For You
When owner Murray Johnson set up his family business – which it remains to this day – his aim was to provide quality blinds, awnings, shutters, and curtains to residents and commercial business premises in Canberra.
Murray has carefully sourced BASC’s extensive range of quality products from trusted Australian manufacturers and suppliers. Murray and his team have an broad industry knowledge and can provide advice to suit any environment. Together with unequalled design and fitting expertise BASC prides itself on its commitment to complete customer service and satisfaction.
About our experienced and talented team
With his more than two decades of industry experience, Murray remains dedicated to offering the best quality window furnishings. He has been able to pass this industry knowledge onto the BASC Team and the business continues to thrive as a family-owned company. Over the years, daughter Keely has become our Project Manager and son Parker is one of our outstanding Installation Technicians.
Our Sales staff are experienced decorators who have specifically trained in the window furnishings industry, offering a wealth of product knowledge and advice. All of BASC’s Installation Technicians are proficient at installing our wide variety of products and our senior Technician has been with BASC from day one, matching Murray’s 20 years and more of industry experience.
